The Berberabe Port, established in 2002, has been a pivotal hub for transportation, primarily catering to tourists seeking to explore various destinations such as Puerto Galera, White Beach, Coco Beach, and Red Sun. Initially utilizing Big Boats (Kalero), the port gradually evolved to enhance its services and facilities to meet the increasing demands of travelers. In 2018, a significant transformation took place as the port transitioned from Kalero boats to modern speedboats, accompanied by substantial infrastructure improvements. The upgrade not only modernized the transportation fleet but also augmented the port's infrastructure, introducing amenities like minimarts, waiting areas, and stores, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. Despite these advancements, the management at Berberabe Port is encountering challenges in comprehensively understanding and analyzing the dynamics of their operational transactions over time.
